Returns

If there are any issues with the product due to defective material or craftsmanship, please contact us at freshfloent@gmail.com.

There are 30 calendar days from date of purchase to return. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging where applicable. 

• We do not accept returns on any drop ship items.
• Must show original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returns can be sent to P.O. Box 484 Berlin, NJ 08009

Refunds

Once returned items are received, we will inspect it and immediately notify you via email of the inspection approval status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will exchange for an item of equal value or initiate a refund to either your credit card or original payment method. Timing may depend on the card issuer's policies.

• You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Some items will drop ship if no other warehouses can fulfill the order.  Drop ship items are non-returnable.
